Emocean Parkway

From the heart of Long Island comes a band built on breakdowns, nostalgia, and the kind of energy that can rattle the windows of a packed basement show. Emocean Parkway isn’t just a name — it’s a nod to Ocean Parkway, one of the veins that runs through our home. We’re six kids who all walked the same high school halls at Island Trees but never crossed paths until years later, when music pulled us together.
We play the soundtracks we grew up on: the 2000s and 2010s metalcore that shaped a generation. The riffs that made you want to throw down, the choruses that got stuck in your head, and the breakdowns that made you want to move whether you could two-step or not. Right now, we’re paying homage to the bands that inspired us with cover sets that honor that era — but we’re not stopping there. Original music is already in the works, and when it hits, it’ll be the kind of heavy that comes with heart.
This isn’t just about reliving the past. It’s about breathing new life into the music that raised us, adding our own voice, and creating moments worth screaming along to. Whether we’re in a practice space, a local venue, or eventually touring further out, our goal is simple: make you feel something, and make sure you leave every show a little sweatier than you walked in.
So if you’ve ever screamed the words to My Curse, thrown yourself into a pit during Waking the Demon, or belted out Downfall of Us All, you’ll find a home here. Emocean Parkway is the past you moshed to and the future you’ll want to be part of.
Stay tuned. Shows are coming. Originals are coming. And when they do, you’ll know — because Long Island will be shaking.
