Built On Breakdowns

"The past you moshed to & the future you'll want to be part of."

From the heart of Long Island comes a band built on breakdowns, nostalgia, and the kind of energy that can rattle the windows of a packed basement show. Emocean Parkway isn't just a name — it's a nod to Ocean Parkway, one of the veins that runs through our home.

We're six kids who all walked the same high school halls at Island Trees but never crossed paths until years later, when music pulled us together. We play the soundtracks we grew up on: the 2000s and 2010s metalcore that shaped a generation. The riffs that made you want to throw down, the choruses that got stuck in your head, the breakdowns that made you want to move.

Right now we're paying homage to the bands that inspired us with cover sets that honor that era — but original music is already in the works. When it hits, it'll be the kind of heavy that comes with heart.

Meet The Band

S
Mark Zanoni
Lead Screamer

The voice behind the breakdowns and the face in the crowd's memory.

V
Vocalist
Clean Vocals

Our vocalist is no stranger to the stage — she's been singing and writing her whole life. Expect raw emotion, sharp lyricism, and melodies that'll have you crying in the car or screaming into the void.

R
Ryan Rossano
Bass

Ryan's been slapping bass for over half his life. Co-founder of In Stride, he's got original recordings and countless shows under his belt. His itch to collaborate is what brought Emocean Parkway to life — pulling together some of his most talented friends to jam. The rest is history.

M
Michael Erdmann
Lead Guitar

Mike's been shredding for 20+ years but Emocean Parkway is his first band. His stage debut came in the most unexpected way — performing a Blink-182 song at his own wedding. He's been hooked ever since. Expect thrash-influenced riffs and metalcore energy when he steps up.

C
Chris Muldoon
Drums

Blast beats and breakdowns — the engine of the machine.

S
Scott Rossano
Rhythm Guitar

Scott holds down the low end of the sonic assault on rhythm guitar, locking in the chug that gives every song its backbone. His playing is tight, his tone is heavy, and he never misses a breakdown.
